RETURNS

 

We want you to love your new treasure!  We accept returns within 14 days of the ship date on all regular collection items, excluding bridal and custom orders.

To return an item, you must send an email to info@sarahswell.com with RETURN in the subject line. Leave us a quick note and let us know if you'd simply like to return or are interested in exchanging an item.

You will be issued a return number. Items must be received back to us within the 14 day window, so please plan accordingly. Customer is responsible for safe return shipping. Sarah Swell jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a full refund minus shipping charges.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to swap out your item for a different one within 14 days, no problem! Please contact us with your request and we'll let you know the best way to proceed.

SIZING

We offer one free sizing on bridal rings and gold rings within 60 days of purchase. Please note that bands which have stones all around the ring cannot be sized. We're happy to help you find the correct fit by either sizing you in store or sending you a complimentary ring sizer by mail to ensure the perfect fit. To request a ring sizer by mail, please contact us.

All other rings requiring sizing after ordering will incur a $25 sizing fee. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Please contact us to request a ring sizing.

CHAIN LENGTH

Many of our necklaces come standard on a 16" chain as listed on the product page. We're happy to replace the 16"silver with an 18" or 20" silver chain at no additional cost. Longer silver chains and gold chains will incur a small fee. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us and let us know if you have a different chain preference.
