We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of special orders, custom work and bridal rings. To request a return, please contact us with the reason you'd like to to return your item. We will issue you a return number and request that you ship the item back to us using a secure method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a full refund minus shipping charges.
If you'd like to swap out your item for a different one, no problem! Please contact us with your request and we'll let you know the best way to proceed.
We offer one free sizing on bridal rings and gold rings within 60 days of purchase. Please note that bands which have stones all around the ring cannot be sized. We're happy to help you find the correct fit by either sizing you in store or sending you a complimentary ring sizer by mail to ensure the perfect fit. To request a ring sizer by mail, please contact us.
All other rings requiring sizing after ordering will incur a $25 sizing fee. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Please contact us to request a ring sizing.
Many of our necklaces come standard on a 16" chain as listed on the product page. We're happy to replace the 16"silver with an 18" or 20" silver chain at no additional cost. Longer silver chains and gold chains will incur a small fee. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us and let us know if you have a different chain preference.
